To provide expert advisory and functional guidance on Oracle Fusion ERP, ensuring optimal utilization of the system across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR modules. The role acts as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving best practices, system improvements, and user adoption.RESPONSIBILITIESAdvise business units (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR) on Oracle Fusion best practices.Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle solutions aligned with standard functionalities.Identify opportunities to optimize existing Oracle configurations and workflows.Guide users on leveraging new features from quarterly Oracle updates.Support new module implementations as functional lead.Review requirements, CRP, UAT, and training materials.Conduct training sessions for key users and super users.Create documentation, user guides, and FAQs.Map business processes to Oracle capabilities and identify gaps.Recommend process re-engineering to maximize system benefits.Ensure Oracle usage complies with internal controls and audit requirements.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.+ 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementations and Maintenance.Demonstrate a good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update processOracle certifications (OCA/OCP) preferredDeep expertise in at least two modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing).Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries is required. Strong expertise in Oracle Application Administration.Strong knowledge in roles and securityProven Experience on Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, all type of data loaders,Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, REST/SOAP APIsKnowledge of Oracle Cloud (OCI) is an advantageStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing multi-site operations (head office and factory).Experience in change management and organizational development.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.Excellent team management capabilitiesRisk and governance managementSafety awareness
