About the RoleAre you an Oracle Hospitality specialist who loves bringing hotel systems to life? We’re hiring a Technical Consultant in Egypt to deliver end-to-end implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support for hotel and F&B clients across Saudi Arabia — with a strong focus on Opera PMS, Opera Cloud PMS, Sales & Event, OXI, and Infor SunSystems.What You’ll DoConfigure, install, train, and support Opera PMS, Opera Cloud PMS, Sales & Event, OXI, and related interfaces.Manage customer support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email — and resolve them within SLA.Troubleshoot application issues and document incidents and resolutions clearly.Deliver hands-on technical and operational training during implementation and go-live.Handle application upgrades, system migrations, and post-live support.Liaise with customers and internal teams to keep communication tight and follow-ups timely.What We’re Looking For3+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Hospitality solutions (Opera PMS, S&E, OXI, Simphony POS).Working knowledge of Oracle databases, APIs, and reporting tools.Experience with Windows Server and networking fundamentals.Background in hotel or restaurant system management (front office, reservations, accounting) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Hospitality Management, or related field.Excellent English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.Comfortable with shifts, weekends, public holidays, and occasional travel when required.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary in USD, based on qualifications and experience.
