We are looking for an Implementation & IT Support Technical Consultant (F&B Solutions) to provide implementation, configuration, training, and post-implementation technical support services for hotel and restaurant clients using Oracle Hospitality (MICROS) and Infor solutions. The role focuses on setting up, configuring, upgrading, and supporting Oracle Simphony POS systems and related interfaces.What you'll DoConfigure, install, train, and support Oracle Simphony POS systems and related interfaces.Manage customer support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email — and resolve them within SLA.Troubleshoot application issues and document incidents and resolutions clearly.Deliver hands-on technical and operational training to restaurant and F&B teams during go-live.Handle application upgrades, system migrations, and post-live support.Liaise with customers and internal teams to keep communication tight and follow-ups timely.What We’re Looking For3+ years implementing and supporting Oracle Simphony POS systems.Working knowledge of Oracle databases, APIs, and reporting tools.Experience with Windows Server and networking fundamentals.Background in hotel or restaurant system management (front office, reservations, accounting) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.Excellent English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.Comfortable with shifts, weekends, public holidays, and occasional travel when required.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary in USD, based on qualifications and experience.
