Long DescriptionCapgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of OTM Cloud solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful migration and implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the end-to-end solution architecture for OTM Cloud migration projects.Define functional and technical design standards aligned with business processes and Oracle best practices.Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable OTM Cloud solutions.Oversee key OTM configurations including:Rate managementItinerariesPlanning parametersAutomation agentsProvide technical leadership and guidance to technical consultants during build and testing phases.Validate data migration strategies and ensure cutover readiness.Support UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases, ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.Align with business stakeholders on the OTM Cloud migration roadmap.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in OTM Cloud migration projects (on-premise to cloud or greenfield implementations).Strong functional and technical expertise in OTM modules:Order ManagementRouting & PlanningExecutionFreight Audit & PayHands-on experience in OTM configuration, including:Itineraries and planning parametersCalendars and constraintsRate offerings and rate recordsStrong knowledge of:Automation Agents and status flowsCarrier onboarding processesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
