Ready to create your own journey?Join our Digital Industry as the OT Cybersecurity Sales Specialist and help us transform the everyday by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.You ‘ll make an impact by:Leading the development and execution of OT Cybersecurity strategies for industrial environments across critical infrastructure sectors (Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Transportation and Manufacturing).Designing and implementing IEC 62443 aligned security architectures for Industrial Control Systems (ICS), including secure segmentation, asset visibility, anomaly detection and secure remote access.Supporting customers in OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, gap analysis and roadmap development aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP and national cybersecurity regulations.Collaborating with engineering, automation and networking teams to integrate cybersecurity by designing industrial automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, DCS and Industrial Networks.Driving deployment of OT security technologies such as network monitoring, intrusion detection (NIDS), asset discovery, security gateways and OT SOC integrations.Acting as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to customers, consultants and partners on industrial cybersecurity architectures and best practices.Your success is grounded inA background in relevant Engineering degree with min 5 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity. Strong experience in Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity, Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and industrial networking environments.Solid understanding of IEC 62443 standards and frameworks including system security requirements, zones & conduits design and secure lifecycle management.Experience with industrial automation platforms such as SCADA, DCS, PLC systems and industrial communication networks.Hands-on knowledge of OT security technologies such as network monitoring, NIDS, anomaly detection, asset management and secure remote access.Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA, DNP3, IEC 61850, etc.).Ability to translate cybersecurity requirements into practical architecture for industrial environments.Strong communication skills to engage with customers, consultants and technical teams.Experience in critical infrastructure sectors such as power utilities, oil & gas, water, transportation or manufacturing is a strong advantage.Relevant certifications such as IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert / ISA, CISSP, GICSP, or similar are considered a plus.You’ll benefit from2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.Diverse and inclusive culture.An environment where everyone can bring their whole self and feel a sense of belonging.the foundation to develop personally and professionally.Extraordinary variety of learning & development opportunitiesTransform the everyday with usWe value your outstanding identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
