Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Outdoor Sales role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Outdoor Sales professional will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting Chubb’s insurance products and services. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, addressing customer inquiries, providing training, and meeting sales targets within the assigned territory. QualificationsProficient Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and deliver exceptional serviceProven Sales expertise with the ability to prospect, present, and close deals effectivelyExperience in Sales Management and Training to guide and support team performance and developmentStrong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesPast experience in insurance or financial services is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldFluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
