Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services. 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently in a remote arrangement.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and markets.Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
