Outside Sales Representative - Carton Industry

Key ResponsibilitiesVisit existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.Promote and sell carton and packaging products to various industries.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payment collections.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Conduct regular market research and provide competitor feedback.Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on a regular basis.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of proven experience in carton or packaging sales.Valid driving license (mandatory).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Good knowledge of packaging products and market dynamics.Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
