This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.What are my responsibilities?Administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data changes, and offboarding processes.Coordinate payroll inputs by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee changes and required supporting documents.Manage health and life insurance administration, including enrollments, updates, claims coordination, and vendor follow-up.Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, process updates, and complete system transactions efficiently.Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to support audits, management reviews, and operational decisions.Manage the full contract lifecycle, from preparation through signature collection to secure physical and digital archiving.Prepare official HR documents, letters, and certificates, ensuring proper approvals, delivery, and archiving.Organize and maintain personnel files with strong attention to confidentiality, compliance, and timely document retrieval.Conduct periodic audits of HR records to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal policies and legal requirements.Handle social insurance and labor office processes, including document preparation, submission, updates, and archiving in compliance with regulations.Monitor labor law and regulatory updates to maintain ongoing compliance.Respond to employee HR operations inquiries, coordinate with stakeholders, and escalate matters when required.Support HR reporting, process improvement initiatives, and participation in HR-related projects.Contribute to enhancing HR operational efficiency and service delivery through continuous improvement initiatives.What do I need to qualify for this job?You do not need to meet all requirements — candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
