Role Overview: A commercially-driven and results-oriented Partnerships Executive to grow Daleela’s B2B partnership network. This role will focus on managing existing partnerships, assisting in closing open deals and sourcing new opportunities and overall building strategic partnerships that accelerate revenue growth and brand reach. Responsibilities:Business Development and New Deal GenerationIdentify, research, and prioritize potential B2B partners aligned with Daleela’s growth strategy.Reach out to prospects through outbound channels including email, LinkedIn, calls, introductions, and events.Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of partnership opportunities.Generate new deals with corporates, employers, insurance companies, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, wellness brands, women-focused brands, banks, telcos, universities, and relevant companies.Develop customized partnership proposals and pitch decks based on partner objectives and Daleela’s value proposition.Present Daleela’s products, solutions, and commercial opportunities to decision-makers.Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to create new opportunities.Open Deals ClosureManage active negotiations and move open opportunities through the pipeline to signed agreements.Coordinate internal stakeholders to finalize commercial terms, pricing, deliverables, and timelines.Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain momentum and shorten sales cycles.Handle objections professionally and position Daleela’s value effectively.Support contract execution and onboarding once deals are signed.Existing Network ManagementOwn day-to-day relationships with existing partners and ensure strong account health.Manage renewals, upsell opportunities, campaign extensions, and long-term strategic growth.Coordinate delivery of partnership commitments, activations, and campaigns.Monitor partner satisfaction and proactively solve issues.Share regular performance updates, reports, and recommendations with partners.Build trusted relationships that turn partners into repeat clients and advocates.Strategic Growth & Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with relevant functions to execute partnerships successfully.Identify co-marketing, referral, bundled offering, and distribution opportunities.Recommend new revenue streams and strategic alliance opportunities.Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and partnership models.Help shape Daleela’s B2B sales process, outreach playbooks, and partnership strategy.Maintain accurate forecasting for pipeline value, expected closures, and revenue opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, B2B sales, account management, or strategic alliances.Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or partnership management. Experience preparing proposals and commercial presentations.Experience in startups, health-tech, fem-tech, insurance, healthcare, media, or consumer tech is a strong plus.Knowledge of the Egyptian and MENA business landscape preferred.Strong awareness of emerging AI tools and the ability to apply them effectively to improve workflows, efficiency, and output quality.Competencies: The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, organized, and comfortable working across sales, business development, and account management.Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify win-win opportunities.
