You will also be responsible for identifying and engaging new partners while tracking progress through the central system.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential employer and community partners across various sectors, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Understand partners’ hiring needs, regularly follow up, and support them with relevant candidate pipelines.Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner and vacancy data, ensuring proper tracking of progress and outcomes.Support reporting efforts, including preparing dashboards and updates for internal stakeholders and donors.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and share market insights on hiring trends and sector needs.Requirements1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account managementStrong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken)Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filters)Ability to manage multiple partners across different projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience working on donor-funded projectsFamiliarity with the Egyptian job market and key sectors (ICT, construction, hospitality, health, F&B, garments)Background in recruitment, HR, or employer engagementPrevious involvement in student activitiesBenefitsContinuous learning and professional growth through hands-on experienceExposure to diverse industries, partners, and high-impact projectsOpportunity to build strong stakeholder management and communication skillsInvolvement in meaningful work that creates real impact in the job marketClose collaboration with experienced teams, providing mentorship and learning opportunities
