Partnerships & Sponsorship Sales ExecutiveCompany DescriptionStartupHub.Today is a MENA-focused startup ecosystem platform built to spotlight startups, founders, investors, ecosystem players, and innovation-driven organizations across the region.The platform operates as a knowledge and visibility hub, providing editorial content, startup showcases, founder stories, ecosystem signals, events coverage, partnership opportunities, and curated exposure for startups and business communities.StartupHub.Today is designed to connect the startup ecosystem with the right audience, partners, sponsors, investors, service providers, and growth opportunities across Egypt, the GCC, and the wider MENA region.Role DescriptionThe Partnerships & Sponsorship Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth for StartupHub.Today by identifying sponsorship opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing strong relationships with startups, corporates, investors, accelerators, incubators, service providers, and ecosystem stakeholders.The role includes generating leads, conducting market research, approaching potential partners, presenting StartupHub.Today’s commercial offerings, preparing customized proposals, negotiating sponsorship and partnership deals, and managing client relationships from first contact to closing.The candidate will work closely with the content, marketing, and business teams to ensure partner satisfaction and successful campaign delivery.This is a full-time, on-site position located in El Sheikh Zayed.Key Responsibilities* Identify and approach potential sponsors, partners, and advertisers.* Build and maintain relationships with startups, corporates, investors, VCs, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem organizations.* Sell sponsorship packages, startup showcase opportunities, branded content, media partnerships, and ecosystem visibility solutions.* Generate qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.* Prepare customized proposals and commercial presentations.* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper execution of sold packages.* Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and client follow-ups.* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Qualifications* Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or sponsorship sales.* Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.* Ability to generate leads, open new accounts, and close deals.* Good understanding of the startup ecosystem, events, media, digital marketing, or business communities is a plus.* Experience selling sponsorships, media packages, advertising, events, or digital solutions is preferred.* Ability to work with targets and manage multiple opportunities at the same time.* Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.* 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in a B2B environment.Requirements* 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Sponsorship Sales.* Strong communication and negotiation skills.* Ability to work on-site from El Sheikh Zayed.* Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, media, events, and business communities.
