The company maintains collaboration agreements with leading developers such as Palm Hills, Sodic, Hassan Allam, Mountain View, LMD, Emaar, Ora, Orascom, City Edge, Hyde Park, Tatweer Misr, Marakez, La Vista, MNHD, and Imkan, covering a wide range of residential and commercial projects.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PC role based in Cairo, Egypt. The PC will support real estate operations by coordinating with sales teams, developers, and clients to ensure accurate property information, documentation, and data entry into company systems. Daily activities include managing listings, updating project details, tracking client inquiries, and preparing reports that support decision-making and performance monitoring. The role involves frequent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and maintain high standards of service quality. The PC will also assist in organizing files, maintaining databases, and following internal workflows and real estate compliance guidelines.QualificationsExperience in real estate operations or administration, including handling property listings, project documentation, and client coordination.Strong data management and organization skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, update databases, and prepare operational reports.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with sales teams, management, and developer representatives in a fast-paced environment.Solid proficiency with office productivity tools and technology platforms used in real estate or customer relationship management.Attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken, to handle documentation and stakeholder communication.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Administration, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with the Egyptian real estate market, especially areas such as New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and Red Sea, is an advantage.
