About the roleGhalioungui Trading is a second-generation Egyptian family business with a strong operational foundation and a clear growth agenda. People & Culture is one of five core verticals that support that agenda, and we are hiring a Head of People & Culture to lead the function and drive its continued development.This is a senior position reporting directly to the Managing Partner. The mandate centers on organisational development: evolving how we work, strengthening our people processes, and building the culture and capability that will carry the business into its next phase of growth.Scope of the role•   Organisational development: Lead the design and evolution of the organisation — structure, roles, reporting lines, and job architecture — in line with business strategy.•   People processes: Own and continuously improve the core people agenda across performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, compensation, and succession planning.•   Change leadership: Lead the people side of cross-functional initiatives, partnering closely with the Managing Partner and other vertical leads.•   Team leadership: Lead, develop, and grow the People & Culture team to deliver against the function’s agenda.•   Workforce planning: Partner with leadership on structure, capability, and succession across the business.•   Culture: Steward and strengthen the values, behaviors, and working norms that define Ghalioungui.  Requirements:•   10+ years in HR or People & Culture leadership roles, with a clear track record of leading organisational development and change in established businesses.•   Depth in organisation design, job architecture, and process design.•   Proven ability to lead change programmes alongside senior stakeholders.•   Experience in mid-market or multi-vertical organisations; family-business or owner-managed exposure valued.•   Strong stakeholder management with the judgement and credibility to partner at senior levels.
