This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background or formal studies in Human Resources who is eager to develop their career and make a meaningful impact on our organizational culture. As part of our People & Culture department, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and supported.Employee Lifecycle ManagementSupport end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer generationCoordinate comprehensive onboarding and induction processes, including documentation preparation, new starter setup (access credentials, equipment allocation), and orientation activitiesPrepare employment contracts, amendment letters, and other employment-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detailSupport probation review processes and maintain associated recordsCoordinate offboarding procedures including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and final documentationHR Administration & ComplianceEstablish and maintain accurate, organized employee records and HR systemsEnsure compliance with local labor regulations, organizational policies, and employment standardsMonitor employment documentation and right-to-work verificationMaintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all HR mattersSupport payroll coordination and related administrative functionsInternal Communications & Employee EngagementAssist with internal communications initiatives including newsletters, team updates, and company announcementsSupport employee engagement programs, team events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activitiesHelp foster an inclusive and supportive workplace environment through collaborative communication effortsQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAdditional InformationOur Commitment To Diversity & InclusionWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
