🚀 We're Hiring: People Operations Lead | BirdNestAt BirdNest, we're looking for a People Operations Lead to help shape an exceptional employee experience while driving operational excellence across our People function.In this role, you'll lead and optimize core HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, HR compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous process improvement. You'll also play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our ZenHR system, ensuring accurate employee data, efficient workflows, reporting, and effective utilization of the platform across the organization.We're looking for someone who has:• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or Human Resources.• Hands-on experience with ZenHR is required.• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.• Experience managing HR policies, employee relations, HRIS, and HR processes.• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.• A proactive mindset with a passion for creating a positive employee experience.• Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or another fast-paced environment is a plus.If you're passionate about building people-first processes and leveraging technology to improve HR operations, we'd love to hear from you.
