We’re looking for someone who can build, optimize, and lead revenue systems from the ground up while driving pricing, occupancy, and distribution strategies that maximize performance.🔑 What You’ll Be Responsible For• Developing and optimizing dynamic pricing strategies to maximize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR• Conducting short-term and long-term demand forecasting using booking trends, market insights, seasonality, and local events• Building and refining internal revenue management tools, workflows, and analytical models from scratch• Managing inventory, stay restrictions, and distribution channels across OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate channels• Monitoring competitor pricing, market trends, and hospitality insights within the Egyptian market• Producing detailed performance reports and presenting actionable recommendations to leadership• Collaborating closely with Operations, Marketing, and Commercial teams to align pricing and promotional strategies• Identifying automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability🧠 What We’re Looking For• 5–7 years of progressive Revenue Management experience within hospitality, hotels, or short-term rentals• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable business decisions• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau• Experience building revenue tools, analytical models, or scalable systems is highly preferred• Familiarity with PMS platforms, Channel Managers, and OTA ecosystems is a strong plus🌍 Why Join BirdNest?• Be part of a fast-growing company shaping the future of serviced apartments and property management in Egypt• Take ownership of building scalable revenue systems and processes from the ground up• Hybrid work environment with exposure to high-impact commercial and operational decisions• Work closely with leadership and play a direct role in driving company growth and profitability👉 Interested candidates can apply now and be part of BirdNest’s growth journey!
