About the role The People Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing core HR operations, employee experience, and people processes across the organization. This role ensures efficient execution of day-to-day HR operations while driving initiatives that support employee engagement, compliance, performance, and organizational effectiveness. In addition to managing operational HR activities, the role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build scalable people practices, enhance workplace culture, and support business growth. The People Operations Manager also leads and develops the People Operations team, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement across all HR processes. What You’ll Do Lead and manage day-to-day People Operations activities and support the HR team in delivering high-quality employee services. Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR documentation. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with local labor laws and company standards. Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and workforce planning initiatives. Manage and improve HR operations processes, systems, workflows, and service delivery standards. Maintain and optimize HRIS data accuracy, reporting, and employee records management.Support performance management cycles, employee relations matters, and internal HR initiatives.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth people operations processes. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.What You’ll Bring 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or Human Resources, including team management experience. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, labor law, and HR best practices. Experience working with HRIS platforms and HR process optimization. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting employee engagement and organizational development initiatives is a plus. Fluency in English is a must.
