You will support the company’s growth by attracting top talent, enabling employee development, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle operations.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeTalent Acquisition & Employer BrandingManage the end-to-end recruitment process across technical and business functionsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategiesSource, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring lifecycleDrive exceptional candidate experience and employer branding initiativesBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsSupport internship, graduate, and early talent hiring programsUtilize ATS platforms and recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency and reportingParticipate in employer branding activities, job fairs, partnerships, and recruitment campaignsLearning & DevelopmentSupport identifying organizational training and development needsCoordinate internal and external training programs and learning initiativesTrack employee development plans, training attendance, and learning effectivenessPartner with managers to support employee growth and career progressionContribute to onboarding and employee engagement initiativesSupport performance management and employee development conversationsPeople OperationsSupport day-to-day People Operations activities and employee lifecycle processesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding activitiesEnsure employee records and HR systems are updated and maintained accuratelySupport HR policies, documentation, and compliance processesAssist employees with HR-related inquiries and operational supportCoordinate with payroll, administration, and other internal stakeholders when neededSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience initiativesRequirements1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably across Talent Acquisition and HR OperationsStrong experience in recruitment and stakeholder managementExposure to Learning & Development and employee engagement initiativesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience using ATS and HR systemsGood understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle managementAbility to work collaboratively across cross-functional teamsExperience within fintech, technology, startups, or fast-growing environmentsExperience with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiativesPerks of Working @ AxisFlexible hybrid working modelMedical insurance for you, your spouse, and up to 3 children.Life insurance coverageSubsidized gym membershipCompetitive leave policyDynamic and fast-paced fintech environmentLearning and growth opportunitiesExposure to high-impact strategic projects
