The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.noon’s mission: Every door, everyday.What you’ll doEnsure all new joiner processes are followed- hire packets, welcome box, inductions, payroll inputs, to enhance the joining experience for greater efficiency and reduce the risk of early attrition.Follow up with IT Team and make sure all new joiners receive (laptop -noon ID -noon email )Collate the E folders with their personal and professional documents for all employees and update them as and when required.Support with end-to-end pre-boarding activities like new hires onboarding tickets, profile generation on the HRMS portal, liaison with the stakeholders (IT / Admin / Travel) Team to ensure everything is in place before the candidates join.Collate all the employee’s requests on the HR helpdesk - inclusive but not limited to bank letters, official letters, NOCs, status change letters, pay slips. are addressed in a timely manner.Liaise with the stakeholders of all the regions, collating the new hires’ inputs, and putting them into the New hires’ framework.Create and maintain the necessary supporting documentation that is related to service requests and transactions.Work to ensure complete accuracy and completion of the database on the HRIS portal.Ensure all Medical Insurance enrollments are processed in a timely manner.Oversee the preparation of the staff files and documentation for all employees to comply with legal requirements. Maintain records and details for all employees for audit, reporting or inspections.Guide and support the off boarding processes to ensure people leave the company efficiently, positively and comply with all procedures and regulations to minimize any legal implications.Collate the feedback of people experience both on boarding and exits on a regular basis to continuously improve the Company career journey, brand, and image.Support with the arrangement of team building activities that promotes team working and a sense of fun in the company. Assess levels of engagement with formal and informal feedback and agree actions to increase the commitment of employees to the company.What you’ll need:Bachelors in Business Administration or a similar fieldMinimum of 1-2 years of core HR shared services practices and processes.Hands-on experience of MS-Excel and HRIS systems.Excellent communication and people skillsShould be a collaborator who builds trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders.Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy interacting with key stakeholders of the organization on a daily basis.Good interpersonal skills.
