The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you’ll do: Assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentationMeasuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities. Measure, track and monitor all assigned KPI’sPeople management responsibilities include training, planning and assigning daily work, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.Provide imaging leadership with key reports and presentationsStay informed of logistics technology advances and apply appropriate technology to improve logistics processes.Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problemsEstablishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.Working on ad-hoc reports on a daily basis.What you’ll need:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations or ManagementRequired experience: 3 to 5 years related experience in Logistics & inventory Management.Languages: Arabic & EnglishLocal knowledge of transportation systemManaging truckloads, line haul updates, and small parcel carriers.Working knowledge of MS Office and sound knowledge of ExcelWho will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
