Currently live across the UAE and KSA offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Ring every doorbell, everyday.What you'll do: ● Manage end-to-end inventory of rider kits (uniforms, bags, helmets, jackets, boxes, safety gear) across the assigned cluster.● Issue kits to new riders during onboarding and recover kits from exiting riders, ensuring full handover and sign-off.● Maintain accurate stock records daily — inbound, outbound, returns, damages, and write-offs — in the inventory system.● Run weekly and monthly physical stock counts across stores in scope; investigate and reconcile variances.● Monitor kit consumption patterns and raise replenishment requests on time to avoid stockouts or overstocking.● Inspect returned kits, segregate reusable vs damaged items, and manage repair, laundry, or disposal flows.● Track kit-related KPIs — issuance TAT, recovery rate, loss/damage rate, cost per rider — and flag anomalies.● Coordinate with store managers, and supply on rider joiners, leavers, and transfers to align kit movements.● Enforce kit accountability: deductions, replacement charges, and documentation for lost or damaged items per policy.● Produce weekly reports on stock levels, issuance/recovery throughput, losses, and replenishment needs.What you'll need: ● Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics managing a team● Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets● Good communication and coordination skills● Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty● Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably● Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management● Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work scheduleWho will excel? ● We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. ● You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action. ● We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.● noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
