Working Hours: Full-time, (on-site) - Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break), in New Cairo, Festival City.The Performance Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires hands-on campaign management, strong analytical skills, and close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to drive measurable results.Digital Advertising ExecutionAssist in developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), X Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.Execute day-to-day campaign activities including ad setup, audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance optimization.Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.Campaign ManagementManage and monitor active campaigns to ensure performance KPIs are met (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, traffic, etc.).Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance insights and business priorities.Ensureproper conversion tracking and campaign hygiene.Platform ExpertiseMaintain an up-to-date understanding of advertising platform best practices, new features, and optimization techniques.Identify opportunities within each platform to improve results and lower acquisition costs.Performance Analysis & ReportingPrepare regular performance reports using Google Data Studio, or internal dashboards and Excel SheetsAnalyze campaign results to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.Presentfindings and recommendations to the marketing team to support data-driven decision-making.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartnerwith marketing and sales teams to align campaign messaging with overall business goals.Collaborate effectively with remote and geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.+3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media.Experience in Agencies, or tech-driven industries is a plus.Proficiency in English is mandatory.Strong understanding of digital advertising, tracking, and optimization.Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and reporting skills.Key SkillsHands-on experience managing paid campaigns across major digital advertising platforms.Strong analytical and numerical skills with a data-driven approach.Proficiency in A/B testing and performance optimization.Understanding of pixels, UTMs, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking mechanisms.Experience using analytics/documentation tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams.High attention to detail, organization, and time management.Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.What We Offer:Social Insurance enrollment.Annual paid leave and public holidays as per the law.Paid sick leave in line with labor regulations.Medical insurance coverage.Performance-based bonus up to 2 months’ salary.24 work-from-home days per year.Professional, multicultural work environment and opportunities for career development.
