The candidate will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, ensuring system stability under peak loads, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance.RequirementsDesign and develop performance test strategies and plansCreate and execute load, stress, spike, and endurance testsDevelop performance scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or GatlingMonitor system performance (CPU, memory, DB, network)Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecksCollaborate with developers and DevOps teams for performance tuningIntegrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelinesPrepare performance test reports and recommendationsEnsure SLAs and non-functional requirements are metQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience3-7+ years of experience in performance testing.
