Job Title: Perfumer Location: Agouza - GizaOur client is a leading group in the fragrance and Flavors ingredients field, is seeking experienced Perfumer / Fragrance expert.The role is responsible for developing and modifying fragrance formulas used in perfumes, cosmetics and home & personal care products, including creating alternative versions of well-known market fragrances in line with customer briefs.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on creating alternative or “inspired by” versions of existing market products in flavors and fragrances when required.Conduct lab trials, blending and dosing of raw materials (aroma chemicals, essential oils, flavor compounds) and evaluate performance in end applications.Perform sensory/olfactory evaluations, record observations, and compare samples against benchmarks and reference products.Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to flavors and fragrances.Maintain accurate documentation for all formulas, trials, raw materials, and lab results in an organized database or sheets.Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Sales, and Production teams to deliver commercially viable solutions on time.Monitor trends in the flavor and fragrance market and keep up to date with new raw materials and technologies.🔹 RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science or a related scientific field.Practical experience in fragrancesStrong sensory and olfactory skills, with the ability to distinguish, describe, and remember different notes and profiles.Good understanding of fragrance raw materials (natural and synthetic) Solid lab skills, including accurate weighing, mixing, and handling of chemicals Strong documentation and organization skills, with good command of Excel or similar tools.Good command of English (spoken and written) to handle technical documents and communication.Ability to work on-site, full-time, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.📩 Apply or send CV to: bleaders.eg@gmail.com Subject: perfumer
