Senior Brand Activation Executive – Beauty📍 Location: Cairo 🏭 Industry: Cosmetics & Beauty Our client is a cosmetics and natural products manufacturing and trading brand, Is looking for a Senior Brand Activation Executive to join the Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the brand on the ground, executing powerful campaigns, leading in‑store promoters, and ensuring an outstanding experience for our consumers at the point of sale.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaigns & Brand ActivationsExecute and monitor end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across on‑ground and offline/online touchpoints to drive brand awareness and sales.Manage and cultivate sponsorships and strategic partnerships to expand brand visibility and reach.Plan, organize, and oversee events, brand activations, and promotional experiences (in malls, stores, fairs, and brand parties).Coordinate brand photoshoots and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure on‑brand execution.Retail & Trade MarketingLead, coach, and motivate in‑store promoters / Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.Plan and supervise in‑store activations, product displays, testers, and promotional activities across retail locations.Ensure perfect in‑store execution of brand visibility: planograms, merchandising standards, POS materials, and brand guidelines.Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve sell‑out performance.Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to implement trade marketing plans and monthly promotional calendars.Collect and report market, shopper, and competitor insights from the field to support brand and marketing decisions.Support new product launches on the ground and ensure consistent brand identity across all physical touchpoints.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, trade marketing, or field marketing, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG.Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns, event organization, and influencer/activation management.Experience in managing in‑store promoters or retail sales teams is a strong advantage.Solid understanding of in‑store merchandising, consumer behavior, and retail operations.Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.Very good command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).Interested candidates may apply here or send their CVs to:bleaders.eg@gmail.com and mention Brand Activation
