We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur in managing daily business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage calendar, appointments, and meetingsHandle emails, phone calls, and correspondenceCoordinate travel arrangements and schedulesAssist with business operations and follow-upsConduct research and prepare reportsLiaise with clients, suppliers, and partnersManage personal errands when requiredMaintain files, documents, and recordsSupport social media or basic administrative tasks (if needed) Proven experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceAbility to work independently and maintain confidentialityProblem-solving mindset and attention to detail
