Handling all related tasks to Social Insurance and labor offices.Updating the employees' database for the whole company.Handling the employee records.Handling the filling system.Handle the employee's inquiries regarding labor law and the company's policy.Attendance management keeps records for the weekly attendance & calculates the absence hours, punishment days, sick leaves, and overtime hours.Employee relations deals with employees' complaints and inquiries.Updating the payroll sheet with the previous data by adding the starters and removing the leavers and quit employees.Updating the vacation balance for the employees.Collecting the documents related to the holiday balance (annual and casual vacation forms, sick leave forms) and keeping a record of all the related documents. Manufacturing industry experience is a must.Bachelor's degree holder.HR certificate/Diploma is a plus.Minimum of 3 - 5 years in HR field.Strong conflict management skills.Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
