A medium-sized company operating in the tourism/hospitality sector is hiring a Personnel Manager to manage day-to-day personnel affairs, employee records, attendance, leave administration, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain employee files, contracts, and personnel documentation.Oversee attendance, leaves, vacations, and shift/roster records.Supervise onboarding/offboarding documentation and related procedures.Follow up on personnel-related requests and coordinate with departments.Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance/leave and employee updates.Prepare periodic personnel reports (attendance, leave balances, manpower updates, etc.).Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of employee data. Minimum 10 years of experience in personnel affairs / personnel administration (mandatory).Strong knowledge of personnel documentation and daily operations.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Ability to manage workload, prioritize, and work under pressure.Willingness to work and reside in Sharm El Sheikh.
