Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.Support performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.Prepare reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely mannerStay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislationProcess and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.Handle employees' insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insurance Authority and preparing Form 1,2 and 6. Bachelor's Degree in any related field.Excellent command of the English language.Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Experienced: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on personnel and payroll.Skilled: Proficient in Human Resources (HR), Personnel Management, and Payroll Processing. Familiarity with Egyptian Labor Law and HRIS systems is a plus.Detail-oriented: A keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to maintaining high standards.A strong communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
