Responsibilities: Handle leave administration, including processing leave applications, maintaining leave records, and coordinating salary disbursement in line with company policy.Support employee relations activities, including responding to employee queries, assisting in grievance resolution, and escalating disciplinary matters to the HR Division Manager when required.Assist in processing exit formalities, including clearance documentation, final settlement coordination, EOSB processing, and retirement benefits in compliance with labor laws.Liaise with social insurance and external benefit providers to support resolution of employee claims and HR administrative issues.Prepare and process documentation related to visas, immigration, labor cards, licenses, housing contracts, and permits for submission to relevant authorities.Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR procedures and ensure adherence in daily operations.Maintain and update HRIS and employee records, ensuring accuracy of all personnel data and proper documentation.Support implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate HR guidelines.Ensure proper filing and archiving of employee documents, including legal papers, visa files, passports, labor cards, and residency renewals.Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation collection and coordination with line managers.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: 2–3 years in Personnel Language: Good command of EnglishComputer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
