Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily operations of the Personnel Section.Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records (files, forms, contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.).Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.Monitor compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Generate HR reports for management, including headcounts, turnover rates, and leave balances.Liaise with internal departments for personnel-related matters.Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in law.4 –7 years of HR/personnel experience.Very good English level.Strong knowledge of new labor laws and HR best practices.Strong leadership skills.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
