The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities:• Design and implement OTC trade programs and promotions.• Conduct sell-out analysis and competitor tracking.• Support training of field teams on OTC products.• Partner with distributors to maximize availability and visibility.• Ensure Wide distribution & on-shelf availability of products through continuous market coverage.• Develop & Implements MSLs & Planogram to ensure optimal product visibility & merchandising standards• Works closely with sales & marketing Teams to align strategies, activations & market execution Requirements• Bachelors in marketing, Pharmacy, or Business.• 3-5 years of experience in Pharma Trade Marketing.• Strong understanding of OTC dynamics and shopper behavior.• Good analytical and planning skills.
