Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the planning team to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives and performance indicators.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing conditions or requirements.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.Prepare and present reports on project status, forecasts, and resource utilization to senior management.Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and planning methodologies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum of 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
