Senior Cost Control Engineer - Site BasedLocation: Dabaa, EgyptHassan Allam Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer to join our project team at the Dabaa site. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring project costs, analysing budget performance, and ensuring effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Monitor and control project costs against approved budgets and forecasts.Prepare and update cost reports, cash flow projections, and budget variance analyses.Track project progress and evaluate cost performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.Review subcontractor and supplier invoices, payment certificates, and cost-related documentation.Coordinate with project management, planning, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost reporting.Support the preparation of project budgets, estimates, and cost forecasts.Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and project cost control standards.Participate in monthly project reviews and management reporting activities.Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions when necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Control within the Construction Industry.Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial analysis.Experience working on large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and cost control software.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
