Job Summary:As a POS Software Support Specialist, you will work directly with businesses that rely on POS systems for their daily operations. You will assist clients in resolving issues related to sales transactions, inventory management, stock control, and system usage while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:• Handle and resolve customer support tickets via email, chat, and other digital channels• Assist customers with POS-related and operational inquiries• Troubleshoot basic computer and network issues• Diagnose and resolve POS system issues• Install software updates and patches• Provide remote support when required• Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution• Maintain and update user documentation and support materials• Gather customer feedback to help improve support processesQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in related field • Experience working in restaurants, cafés, retail stores, or similar operational environments is highly preferred• Experience using or supporting POS systems• Practical understanding of inventory management, stock control, and back-office operations• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to follow up on issues and ensure complete resolution• Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends when requiredPreferred Profile: This role is ideal for candidates who understand how hospitality or retail businesses operate and enjoy solving practical, day-to-day operational challenges.How to Apply:Please send your CV to heba.ebada@core-insight.com with “POS Specialist” in the subject line.
