We partner with enterprises and government organizations to accelerate digital transformation — delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance IT solutions across data center infrastructure, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, and advanced networking.Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Presales Engineer to support our sales team in designing, presenting, and proposing Data Center, Storage, Backup, and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions, working closely with vendors (Dell EMC, HPE, NetApp, Cisco, Veeam, Commvault, VMware, Nutanix, etc.) to deliver compelling proposals and ensure successful technical wins.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with the sales team and clients to understand business and technical requirements related to data center infrastructure, storage, backup, and DR.Design end-to-end solutions covering servers, storage (SAN/NAS), backup & recovery, virtualization, and hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI).Prepare technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOMs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to customers.Respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs with accurate technical content and competitive solution architecture.Collaborate with OEM vendors (Dell, HPE, NetApp, IBM, Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, Cisco, etc.) to get the best pricing, technical support, and certifications.Conduct sizing and capacity planning for storage and backup environments.Support pre-sales activities such as site surveys, technical workshops, and customer training sessions.Stay updated on the latest data center, storage, backup, cloud, and hyper-converged technology trends.Assist in transitioning closed deals to the implementation/delivery team with clear documentation.Maintain strong relationships with vendor presales/technical teams for escalation and support.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.3–7 years of experience in a Presales/Solutions Engineer role focused on Data Center, Storage, and Backup technologies.Strong knowledge of:Storage: SAN, NAS, All-Flash Arrays, Hybrid Storage (Dell EMC PowerStore/Unity, NetApp, HPE Storage, Pure Storage, etc.)Backup & DR: Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, Dell Avamar/Data Domain, replication & DR strategiesServers & Compute: Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS, LenovoVirtualization: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix HCINetworking basics: SAN switches (Brocade, Cisco MDS), LAN/WAN fundamentalsCloud & Hybrid Cloud: Azure, AWS, or hybrid backup/DR solutions (nice to have)Experience preparing technical documentation (HLD/LLD, BOQs, proposals).Strong presentation and communication skills (Arabic & English).Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work under pressure with tight deadlines.Preferred CertificationsDell EMC Proven Professional (Storage/Backup)HPE Sales/Technical CertificationsNetApp NCDA / NCIEVMware VCPVeeam VMCE / Sales ProfessionalCisco CCNA/CCNP (Data Center)Nutanix NCSASoft SkillsStrong client-facing and consultative selling skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.Ability to translate technical jargon into business value for customers.Team player who can work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and vendor teams.What We OfferCompetitive salary + commission/incentivesVendor certification & training sponsorshipHealth insurance & other benefitsCareer growth in a leading systems integrator
