Role Overview:The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for leading and delivering network projects both onsite and remotely, ensuring high-quality execution, customer satisfaction, and adherence to best practices.Job Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of network projects, ensuring professional execution, high quality, and customer satisfaction.Manage the full project lifecycle—from installation and provisioning through to final delivery—while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with quality standards.Plan, design, implement, integrate, and migrate network solutions, with a strong focus on Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and SD-Access technologies.Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, including internal engineering teams, customers, and vendors.Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues during and after project implementation.Ensure knowledge transfer and handover to operations/support teams post-deployment.Job Requirements:7 years of experience in delivering networking projects.Over 5 years of experience in leading and delivering large-scale Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and SD-Access projects.Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.Proven experience in customer handling, communication, and client-facing technical support.Ability to manage escalations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under pressure.Strong learning ability, with the capability to quickly acquire new technologies through lab simulations and practical exercises.
