Process Control Engineer

About the RoleThe role offers the opportunity to contribute to efficient knitting operations by enhancing processes, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining quality and performance standards across the department.What You’ll Be Responsible ForEnsure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain proper housekeeping.Develop, deliver, and monitor department training programs and processes.Conduct regular audits to ensure operational procedures and quality standards are followed.Monitor QC, production efficiency, cycle times, and WIP to achieve targets.Investigate and resolve quality, fabric, and operational issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process and machinery performance.Support audit readiness, customer requirements, and risk analysis reporting.Manage international brand styles and oversee project flow from order receipt to shipment.Train and support team members to ensure performance, development, and customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking ForDiploma or Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering (Knitting / Weaving / Spinning).3+ years of experience in textile manufacturing (Knitting).Strong knowledge of textile production processes and machine troubleshooting.Experience with ERP reporting and quality standards (ISO awareness).Lean / 5S knowledge is essential.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to train, guide, and develop team members.What we are offerSocial, Medical & Privet Medical insurance.2 Days offWorking hours from 8 am to 5pm including 1 hour break.Hot Meal.Transportation provided.
