Job SummaryThe Procurement Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, purchasing goods and services, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies. The role ensures timely delivery, quality compliance, and effective supplier relationship management to support business operations.Accountability & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies and policies.Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.Ensure timely procurement of goods and services.Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues.Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing needs.Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.Manage procurement budgets and prepare procurement reports.Reduce procurement risks and improve operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience.Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations.Technical Skills Negotiation and communication skills.
