Job Description Manage procurement of office supplies including stationery, printers and printing materials, pantry items (milk, water, tea, etc.), and general office requirements. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliability. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors. Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain supplier relationships and identify new vendors when needed. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with internal teams. Maintain procurement records, invoices, and supplier documentation.Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Good organizational and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Strong communication and coordination skills.
