(Payments Platform & In-Store Experience)About FlashFlash is an early-stage Cairo-based fintech aiming to support our society’s financial well-being, one person at a time.Flash has raised a $6M seed round from leading international investors and is approved by the Central Bank of Egypt in partnership with Banque Misr.Our founding team has deep local and international experience working at top consumer-facing technology companies.About The RoleFlash is hiring a Product Manager to own and improve our payments platform and in-store payment experience. You’ll work with engineering, design, ops, vendors, and commercial teams to build smooth, reliable, and scalable payment experiences for merchants and users.Key ResponsibilitiesImprove payment flows, routing, success rates, and platform reliabilityLead user & merchant in-store joxsurneys (QR, devices, cashier workflows)Improve merchant adoption, reduce complaints, and elevate the daily in-store experienceCollaborate with Ops and Commercial to understand real-world merchant constraintsOwn the end-to-end device experience, including:Device onboarding & activation flowsDevice connectivity, error handling & diagnosticsFirmware/SDK integrations with engineering & vendorsMonitoring device health and improving overall reliability Translate insights into clear PRDs and manage a focused, prioritized backlogUse data to identify issues and continuously improve payment and device reliability Qualifications2–4 years of product experience (fintech, payments, hardware+software)Strong systems thinking; comfortable with APIs, device behavior & technical conceptsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsHigh ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working cross-functionallyData-informed mindset; experience with Mixpanel or Metabase is a plusFluent in Arabic & English What We OfferReal product ownership from day oneWork on meaningful, complex system challenges at national scaleCollaborative culture, medical & social insuranceMonthly credit on the Flash app If you're excited about building reliable payment experiences and shaping the future of fintech devices in Egypt, we’d love to meet you.Powered by JazzHRvK3TGyHTjE
