This role is ideal for someone who can balance product thinking, delivery discipline, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product planning and delivery for assigned modules, initiatives, and feature sets across the platformTranslate business goals, client needs, and operational challenges into clear product requirements and delivery plansWrite product documentation including PRDs, feature briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow definitions, and release notesWork closely with engineering, design, QA, account management, and leadership teams to drive end-to-end executionCommunicate clearly with clients and external stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify scope, manage expectations, and represent product directionParticipate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions when neededAct as a bridge between external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment while maintaining product quality and scalabilityPrioritize the product backlog based on business value, product strategy, effort, dependencies, and delivery timelinesSupport sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification with technical teamsEnsure features are designed for scalability and reusability rather than one-off solutionsCoordinate with account managers and client-facing teams to gather structured feedback and convert it into actionable product inputsAlign internal and external stakeholders on roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and timelinesMonitor feature adoption, product performance, user feedback, and post-launch issues to guide product improvementsSupport the rollout of new modules, integrations, AI-powered capabilities, and operational workflowsMaintain strong product operations through documentation, backlog management, releases, and cross-team communicationRequirements4-7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role in SaaS, technology, or digital platformsStrong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured product documentationExperience working closely with software engineering teams in agile or fast-moving delivery environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including dealing directly with clients and external partnersAbility to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable product solutionsComfortable managing competing priorities across multiple products, clients, or internal teamsStrong attention to detail and high ownership mentalityExcellent written and spoken EnglishExperience using tools such as Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms
