The Product Specialist will support the promotion and positioning of IMG’s medical products, particularly within orthopedic and related healthcare segments. Daily tasks include providing product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals, responding to clinical and technical inquiries, and ensuring accurate product information is communicated to customers and internal teams. The role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to identify customer needs, support tenders and proposals, and contribute to sales presentations and product launches. The Product Specialist will also gather field feedback, analyze usage and performance data, and share insights with management to improve product offerings and customer experience. Regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities are expected to maintain strong customer relationships and support after-sales service.QualificationsStrong product specialization skills, with experience in Product Specialist or similar roles within medical devices or healthcare solutions.Solid analytical skills to interpret clinical feedback, market data, and sales performance, and to translate insights into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.Customer service and relationship-management skills to support healthcare professionals, address issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.Proven sales support or sales experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector, including working alongside sales teams in the field.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.Knowledge of the Egyptian healthcare market and familiarity with hospital procurement processes is an advantage.Ability to work on-site, travel frequently to customer locations within Cairo and potentially other regions, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.
