The role focuses on achieving or exceeding sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines while delivering impactful, customer-centric activities.The Product Specialist will be responsible for ensuring agreed coverage and frequency targets through high-quality face-to-face engagements, promoting Roots products in alignment with company strategy and policy, and maintaining exceptional knowledge of priority products, technical information, product positioning, key messages, and promotional programs.This role requires strong collaboration with territory colleagues and relevant team members to coordinate field visits, maximize co-detailing opportunities, and drive territory achievements. Success in this position depends on excellent communication skills, strategic execution, strong market awareness, and a commitment to delivering sustainable growth for the business.QualificationsBachelor degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary medicine onlyCompleted military or other governmental obligations2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with strong record of achievements (Nutrition experience is a plus)Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionalsBased in Greater Cairo or GizaMust have the ability to work outstation inside Egypt (outside Cairo)Must have a license and a car
