Delivering care that our millions of customers can count on, from experts they trust.Role OverviewAs a Product Tender Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our B2B growth by ensuring we deliver high-quality, compliant tender responses that showcase our value to clients. You’ll work closely with the Product Tender Managers and the Account Managers to help co-ordinate key stakeholders from around the business to ensure we understand and respond to client requirements within the agreed timeframes. You’ll be part of a team that thrives on collaboration, precision, and making health happen for businesses across the UK.You’ll help us make health happen by: Lead on completing supplier due diligence questionnaires for new business and renewalsAssist with responses to PQQs and tenders, ensuring alignment with client requirementsCoordinate requests across multiple stakeholders, building strong internal relationshipsProof, edit and format sales and customer documentation to maintain brand consistencySupport the maintenance of tender content libraries and develop new templatesKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Administration experience and strong stakeholder management skills are desirableExcellent attention to detail and proofreading skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesHighly organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectivelyCollaborative and proactive approach to coordinating projectsUnderstanding of bids and tender processes (beneficial but not essential)Multilingual skills essential, including excellent written and spoken EnglishEducated to degree levelAdvert will close externally once sufficient application numbers are received and this may be before any published closing date.Why Bupa?
