Delivering care that our millions of customers can count on, from experts they trust.Role OverviewAs an Onboarding Administrator, you will support our business customers at the beginning of their journey with us and help to onboard them onto the relevant systems and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition. You'll be required to answer, facilitate and resolve all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, intermediaries), providing a professional and dedicated service.You’ll help us make health happen by: Identifying and collecting appropriate information to facilitate the onboarding of SME B2B customers in response to requests across dual platformsManaging the onboarding journey and ensure receipt of all relevant documentation from intermediaries and customers post onboarding to meet both internal and regulatory requirementsManaging and prioritising a variety of workstreams as required to ensure onboarding activity remains within SLA’sWorking to targets relating to productivity and quality measures, using a variety of established technical and administrative processes,Working effectively within a team, whilst also working independently on required onboarding activityKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Multilingual skills essential, including excellent written and spoken EnglishEducated to degree levelHighly skilled in all Microsoft Office applications Advert will close externally once sufficient application numbers are received and this may be before any published closing date.Why Bupa?
