Job Profile Summary:The Production Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring production activities to meet sales targets for product types and quantities, while ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. The role also involves analyzing production performance and managing resources (raw materials and workforce) in line with production plans.📍 Location: Ismailia, Egypt🏭 Industry: Food Production & Manufacturing (Meat Processing)Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the production team to ensure efficient operations aligned with company policies and procedures.Prepare and manage the production department budget.Monitor financial performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.Coordinate with supply chain (planning & warehouse) to ensure availability of materials and production readiness.Plan and allocate manpower and machinery for optimal productivity.Ensure achievement of production targets aligned with sales demand.Work closely with Quality to set and maintain product and process standards.Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.Liaise with Procurement to secure the required raw materials.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.Maintain a safe work environment and adherence to HSE regulations.Track KPIs such as OEE, productivity, and material utilization.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Monitor raw materials and finished goods stock levels.Ensure alignment between inventory levels and production plans.Lead and execute production-related projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.Participate in CAPEX planning and execution.Prepare accurate and timely production reports in line with company requirements.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Agricultural or Production Engineering) or relevant fieldA veterinary degree or certificate is a plusSix Sigma certification is preferred8–10 years of experience in production, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
