Strong experience in garment manufacturing industry is MUSTStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
