Job Summary:Supervise and support production and shipping operations at the toll blender facility, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with QA regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures, while overseeing the work of operators, contractors, and forklift drivers.Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Production SupervisionSupervise production activities and blending operations carried out by toll blender operators and contractorsEnsure all production activities comply with QA regulations and quality standardsMonitor production progress and report deviations or quality issues to the supervisorMaintain a safe and organized production environment at all timesShipping & Dispatch OperationsSupervise shipping operations carried out by Misr operators and forklift driversEnsure correct quantities are dispatched in accordance with shipment documentationVerify that products shipped are compliant with quality and labelling requirementsCoordinate with the warehouse team on product availability and dispatch readinessHSSE & Quality ComplianceAdhere to all HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) standards and proceduresReport safety incidents, near misses, and non-conformances immediatelyParticipate in regular safety briefings, audits and compliance checksEnsure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goodsDocumentation & ReportingComplete production and dispatch documentation accurately and on timeSupport inventory counts and stock reconciliation activitiesReport production output, downtime, and quality observations to the supervisorKey Competencies:HSSE complianceAttention to detailOperational disciplineTeamworkReliability & punctualityProblem solvingCommunicationContinuous improvementMinimum Qualifications:Technical Diploma or relevant vocational qualification; experience in a manufacturing or blending environment preferredMinimum Experience:1-3 years experience in a production, blending, filling or warehouse operations role
